The committee used our budget funds to send Pat H. to the Distribution Center (DC) in Signal Hill to help with month end inventory because of her background in accounting and inventory control. She was able to suggest several ways to better facilitate the process.
We also worked on
- Quickbooks integration
- Inventory levels for all distribution channels
- Implementation of new Shopping Cart
- New Shopping Cart will allow us to decrease the monthly vendor maintenance costs for the current shopping cart.
