DESCRIPTION:Download Flyer Here \n\n		\n			\n			\n		\n\n		\n  \n  \nMany of us are familiar with writing with our non-dominant hand to find out what our Inner Children want from us and what they are thinking. The idea behind that\, as we know\, is that the subconscious is where our Inner Children\, and our feelings and memories are. Many of us tried non-dominant hand-writing and found that it is difficult and a slow way to communicate with our Inner Children. We have found that using a sock puppet on our non-dominant hand to represent our Inner Child and a sock puppet on our dominant hand to represent our loving parent allows us to communicate easily and quickly.\nWe have found that Puppet Workshops with supportive participants and a safe and protected environment\, encourages Inner Children to feel safe\, comfortable\, and able to talk freely. Because the Inner Child speaks from our subconscious\, we are able to have a spontaneous dialogue with them and communicate in order to discover what our Inner Children want from us. Our loving parents\, then\, are able to negotiate with them\, soothe them if it is necessary\, give them the attention they need\, and find out what makes them happy and/or unhappy.\nWe have found that using the audience of safe and friendly workshop participants gives our loving parents and Inner Children courage and support. \n  \nSponsored by Great Western USA Region 2
