As adult children\, we often look for that love outside ourselves—hoping someone else will finally give us what we did not receive. \nIn this workshop\, we pause and ask a different question:\nWill We Be Our Own Loving Parent? \nTogether\, we will explore what it means to show up for ourselves with compassion\, protection\, and consistency.
