DESCRIPTION:Sponsored by INRecovery Intergroup\, IG647 \nClick Here to Download Flyer \n		\n			\n			\n		\n\n		 \nOctober 25\, 2020 at 1:00 pm (ET) \nSomatic Experiencing is a mode of therapy developed by Dr. Peter Levine that helps those with PTSD — including complex PTSD common in Adult Children — find relief from the physical manifestations of their emotional trauma. \nIn this Zoom workshop\, Nina G. SEP\, an accredited Somatic Experiencing Practitioner working in Indianapolis\, will \na) introduce ACAs to Somatic Experiencing \nb) provide a live experiential group session where participants experience the clearing or lightening an emotion that’s affected them for some time\, and \nc) provide ample time for Q & A. \nPortions of the workshop will be recorded and available afterwards for later viewing. The experiential portion is only available for participants.
