Hello WSO Service Volunteers,
As you may know, the ACA World Service Organization (WSO) Board of Trustees is implementing a WSO Communication Platforms User Guidelines Agreement. This agreement applies to anyone who uses ACA WSO communication platforms whether currently in use - Slack and Zoom - or any new platform that may be adopted in the future. Just as User Agreements are often required by other organizations to help promote a safe environment, this ACA WSO Agreement is meant to do the same: to ensure healthy and safe communications on the online platforms used by our service volunteers and staff.
Here is a link to the WSO Communication Platforms User Guidelines Agreement. Please read the document at your earliest convenience. You will have 30 days to sign and complete the agreement form in order to maintain your Slack account. After the 30 days, on October 6, 2023, anyone who has not submitted their signed User Agreement will be deactivated from the WSO Slack Platform. They will be reinstated once the signed agreement is received.
