A dozen of us in Brooklyn have been working on meeting growing service needs in our local ACA meetings.

We are experiencing lots of growth in our meetings, a big influx of newcomers, and difficulty getting basic newcomer information out and matching them with sponsors of fellow travelers. This also seems beyond the reach of our Intergroup and we felt the solution should be more personal and local. So we have established a series of workshops to complement our meetings as well as a new local service organization.
