The H&I survey sent out to Intergroups in October will close this coming Tuesday, December 15th. Preliminary results indicate a lack of volunteers from the groups to assist regularly in taking meetings into an institution; the other reason Intergroups may not be doing H&I volunteer work in their community institutions is a lack of understanding of how to go about developing the program.
About 10 orders were sent to inmates in November and requests have slowed down again.
The H&I committee is awaiting the release to the fellowship of the H&I handbook that was put together.
