AWC Planning Team

The ACA’s Annual World Convention (AWC) Planning Team warmly invites you to be part of the next AWC planning process.

Why volunteer your time? It’s a chance to have fun with fellow ACA members around the world, step out of isolation, and experience deeper healing. We can’t do it alone, but together, we can continue to make the ACA’s World Convention a reality.

The AWC Planning Team is seeking volunteers from the global ACA community across various time zones to help plan and coordinate our next virtual Convention.

We are especially looking for team members from:
- UK, Europe, Russia
- Africa
- Asia (West, South, East)
- Australia and New Zealand
- Mexico, South/Central America

Here are some ways you can get involved (choose what resonates with you):

*Join our AWC planning meetings to help shape the event's theme, topics, dates, and schedule:
- Review workshop submissions and interview potential presenters
- Assist the communications team in spreading the word about the Convention
- Answer questions from the fellowship as an AWC email monitor
- Support presenters before and during the event
- Recruit additional volunteers for service at the Convention

*Volunteer as a Tech Host/Co-host during the Convention (let us know your interest 2-3 months before the event)
