WSO Website and Database Committee report presented at the February 2018 Meeting

  • The Database and Website Committee meets regularly via teleconference. If you are interested in participating, please send an email to webservant at adultchildren.org.
  • We can use people experienced with web design, particularly Word Press.
  • The new website for ACA WCO business documents ACAWSO.ORG is live. Please check out the Monthly Telecon Page for the dial in details for the monthly board meeting and the latest Agenda, Previous Minutes, and recent committee reports. The repository.adultchildren.org website is being retired.
  • ORG has an events page and a link/page to send ACA events to WSO to add to the page. Please note that we are asking that Event Information and Fliers not to contain full names in accordance with the 12th tradition and the principle of Anonymity.
  • Please note that this is our initial migration to WordPress for ACAWSO.ORG and we are excited to continue to improve the site to serve the needs of the fellowship.
  • Plans are underway to migrate the adultchildren.org website to wordpress. This will include enhancements to the Meeting List search, adding, and updating. As well as provide full scale support for Intergroups and Regions.
  • We will be working with the ABC hosting committee to make the audio available for users to listen during the conference. We are also looking at other tools to make remote participation in the ABC possible.
