Balance Sheet

ACA WSO ended the month with a decrease in Total Liabilities and Equity from the previous month of $17,818 due to lower cash balances after paying the expenses for the ABC AWC. This was primarily due to registration payments for the upcoming 2018 ABC AWC in Toronto and slightly lower than normal 7th Tradition Contributions.
In reviewing the Balance Sheet we can see that WSO had Total Cash Assets of $377,251. WSO Inventory Assets were $117,176. Combining the Cash and Inventory Assets for the period leaves WSO with Total Assets of $648,416.
WSO’s Total Liabilities and Equity of $648,416 at the end of the period.
Profit & Loss Statement

Looking at the P&L we can see sales not including Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) were $65,799, down over the prior period's sales of $75,417. COGS was down as well to $16,851 due to fewer sales which left WSO with a Gross Profit of $48,948 before deducting expenses.
Overall Distribution Center expenses were $51,579, a little over $12,000 compared to $39,377 the prior period. This left us with a net loss for the publishing side of the organization of $2,631.
The Fellowship Services side of the ledger shows Total Income of $10,635 with $6,116 of that coming from 7th Tradition Contributions from members, groups, and intergroups. The balance came from audio and e-book sales. No royalties were received this month for international literature sold.
Expenses for the month were $15,832.
This left WSO with a net loss for the month of $$7,828.
