The Balance Sheet shows that not much changed - just a little more movement into the Inventory Purchase Reserve as the office is placing orders for Workbooks, Soft Cover Meditation Books and Newcomer's Pamphlets.

The Profit and Loss Statement shows that the Net Income for April was less than $800.  This is primarily due to the cost of hosting the ABC, most of the expenses for which show up in that category in the WSO Admin Cost Center. 

The Finance Committee (Martin C. and me) belatedly submitted the 2015 Budget to the Board for comment.  Most of our recent efforts have included discussing and preparing that document along with preparing the financials for the ABC. 

Our meeting this past week focused on determining the actual costs and income derived from the tri-folds, two of which the ABC voted to make free downloads. We are considering adding more of a breakout to the Distribution Center income section, which now has a generic category of Literature Sales-Other.  This section includes the tri-folds, pamphlets, New Meeting Binder, the Literature Set, and the New Meeting Starter Kit.  I will discuss the practicality of this with our Accountant.  We also discussed the need to determine better guidelines for vendor gifts made available to the Staff, which are taxable either to us or the employee. 

In the near future we will discuss more about Committee funding.
