We act as a resource for the GM and help troubleshoot distribution problems. We also work with technology issues (shopping cart - Jim B, QuickBooks - Bill D.)
We have worked diligently to help manage the inventory with the different distribution channels, including Signal Hill, CA (our own facility), Ware-Pak (3rd Party Distribution warehouse in Illinois) and Amazon. It is a lot of moving parts. To help simplify things, the Board passed a motion to give Ware-Pak the requried six-month notice to terminate our contract with them. We feel there is no financial benefit in maintaining this relationship.
