We meet weekly with our GM. Since the last teleconference we worked on the following:

1. Inventory Issues:
a. Movement of materials among the distribution channels: this will become less complicated when the Ware-Pak contract comes to an end on May 31st.
b. Purchase new inventory: determine reorder levels. Proposed ordering 12 Step Workbooks, soft cover and hard cover Meditation books, Cross Talk booklets, and some tri-folds.
c. Damaged Identity Papers booklets sent back to printer to be redone.

2. Shopping Cart:
a. Help ensure that inventory is kept updated.
b. Regular orders from the west coast are being filled in California instead of Illinois to save on shipping.

3. Job Postings: two job postings on our website did not get enough responses so they were posted on Positions are Warehouse Associate and Office/Warehouse Associate.

4. We’re looking at whether to purchase or rent a motorized forklift.

5. We updated the Intergroup Discount information posted in the Repository.
