Service Norms Document Review and Discussion Meeting – 17th January 2026

The Safety Resources Committee (SRC) warmly invites all ACA members to a collaborative Zoom gathering to review and discuss the Service Norms Document (SND) — a living resource designed to nurture healthy, grounded, and effective service throughout our fellowship.

This is an open invitation to everyone in ACA, whether you’re new to service, curious about getting involved, or a long-time trusted servant. Your experience, questions, insights, and hopes for our service culture all matter.

We’ll begin with a brief overview of the SND and then open the floor for shared dialogue. Together, we’ll explore topics such as: “I Feel” statements, The Victim Triangle, Boundary creation and any other parts of the SND you’d like to talk about. This is a space to learn, contribute, and help shape an evolving guide that supports us all. We hope you’ll join us and add your voice to this important fellowship conversation.
