Dear ACA Fellow Traveler,

You are warmly invited to a transformative online workshop where we will explore The Complete Picture of how we learned to dissociate in response to dysfunction—and how we can gently and courageously reclaim our wholeness.

As winter turns and invites us inward, this gathering offers a compassionate space for reflection, renewal, and connection. We invite you to bring something that offers comfort or inspiration—a cozy scarf, a favorite mug, a candle, a photograph, or any cherished keepsake—to support your creative flow and inner ease.

In this workshop, we will:
Unpack the “Game of Dissociation” we unconsciously adopted in childhood
Explore how these patterns continue to shape our adult lives
Practice becoming our own loving parent, using powerful exercises from the Loving Parent Guidebook
Together, we will walk side by side as we reconnect with all parts of ourselves—compassionately, courageously, and with the strength of fellowship.
