Website and Database Committee report for the December 2016 Meeting
· A Database and Website Committee Quarterly meeting was held November 19, 2016 at 2PM, The next meeting will be held the third Saturday in February on 18, 2017 at 2pm.
· A submenu item for the International Literature committee was added to the Repository Literature Menu
· A new menu item for the Delegates Education Page was added to the Repository, the existing page for Delegate Training was moved here as a submenu.
· The Ballot Proposals for the 2017 ABC were posted on the repository in several places
· An updated WSO organization chart, committee member chart and committee member contact information was posted to the ACA information Menu on the repository.
§ The following shows monthly trends for users accessing the adultchildren.org website. Figures for November:
· 47,886 User Sessions in November was down from 49,486 in October
· 33,854 Unique users down from 35,597
· 95,477 page views, down from 101,633
· 62.36 of users were new which was down from 63.51%
· 50.66% of users accessed the site with Mobile devices, 41.36% with a desktop, and 7.98% with a tablet
· The bounce rate (users leaving the site immediately) was 63.37%, down from 64.67%
· The pages accessed the most often were
o Laundry List – 17,096 views, 18% of the total page views
o Find a meeting – 7,824 views (8%)
o Find a meeting Search results 5,221 views (5%)
o Literature – 3,023 (3%)
o The Problem – 2,202 views (2%)
· Users continue to come from across the globe with the top 5 session counts from:
o United States – 80.74 % of users
o Canada – 3.73 %
o United Kingdom – 3.60 %
o Russia – 2.35%
o Australia – 1.5 %
