Presentation of the motions past during February: 

Motion: We propose to have the Annual event of the European Annual ACA Meeting in Greece from Sep 25-27,2020. 

Background: a letter of interest was sent out in early February to the European IGs for co-hosting the Annual European Meeting. Last for submission was Feb 15. THe Greek fellowship sent us a very well written proposal. Second: Veronica

These items are unfinished business from previous meetings. 

There was no tabled business from last meeting.

  1. New Business

Anyone can write to the ACA EC at least two week in advance of the following EC Teleconference to have an item added to the agenda. The(se) item(s) will appear here: 

Election for trusted servants: EC Literature Chair, EC secretary, EC Service Sponsor Coordinator, A letter was sent out to the IG’s asking for possible candidates for these positions, so today we will start by letting these candidates introduce themselves and the elect by majority.

 

The European Annual Meeting

1, Motion: We propose to have the Annual event of the European Annual ACA Meeting in Greece from Sep 25-27,2020.   1. Theme for the convention; Talk, Trust, Feel

Motion by Majbrit: To adopt the theme Talk, Trust,  Feel for the European Annual

Meeting in Greece

Second by Hasse.

Discussion: full of Hope, simple, clarity, Being a new fellowship the Greeks need train how to communicate within the program, sharing learning to trust again. To have courage to trust.
