On Friday, tech help, by trusted servants, starts at 4:00 pm on Zoom. Here you can meet with some of our Tech-Helpers to help you get your Zoom set up. This could mean help making sure your speaker, microphone, video, and internet connection is all working and ready for the weekend. We cannot troubleshoot printing, connected devices or internet connection problems. We can only help you with zoom features like virtual backgrounds or other settings.

If you can't log on to the Zoom platform, we suggest you call or text (preferred) 805-751-5735 or email [email protected] one of our tech helpers. One of our tech trusted servants will respond as soon as they are able.
