The ACA Southeast Florida Intergroup is offering a great workshop on Saturday, August 26 from 1:00-3:00pm at First Unitarian Church, 635 Prosperity Farms Rd in North Palm Beach.  The title of the workshop is "Heart Centered Inner Child Multi-Generational Meditation."

The workshop will be facilitated by fellow traveler, Sue N.  She learned the meditation from Tony A. (the founder of ACoA) when he was still alive and doing workshops in Palm Beach County.  The mediation process will help us connect with 7 generations to recognize the baggage that has been passed down to us through the generations.  That baggage could cause us shame and to act out the laundry list traits, but this workshop will show us it is not our fault!
