Literature Report

Most of the time over the last month has gone in to preparing and attending the ABC, and launching two efforts identified by the ABC: (1) paginating the e-BRB and (2) developing guidelines for Social Media. The volunteers for these two efforts will report back their recommendations to the Board.
In addition, the Literature Committee followed up with the assigned tasks associated with the ACA WSO Inventory/Order Processing Audit.
e-BRB sales for April were 252 e-books sold. All tolled, there have been 1,946 e-BRBs sold since it went live in August.
Danish BRB - The Danish fellowship Text is on its way to Denmark.
The Russian Translation of the Identity papers have been sent to our lay out person for lay out.
Public Information Trifold. Samples of the Public Information Trifold were demonstrated at the 2013 ABC. The delegates concurred that the Public Information Trifold be paced on the website for commentary for 90 days and then revisions made before placing it into production for sale and distribution.
The Meditation Book Project. Report to be given by MaryJo, Meditation Book Trusted Servant and ACA WSO Trustee. Samples of the Meditation Book were demonstrated at the 2013 ABC. The delegates concurred that the Meditation Book be paced on the website for commentary for 90 days and then revisions made before placing it into production for sale and distribution. Cross Talk and Good Enough Booklets. Samples of the finalized
Cross Talk and Good Enough Booklets were demonstrated at the 2013 ABC. The ABC Delegates approved their production for sale and distribution.
a-BRB - The editing process is nearly 2/3 complete. The production company is asking for a partial payment for the revisions.

Spanish BRB - Ines Z., Spanish Translation/Group Liaison Trusted Servant continues to work with the Spanish translations groups and fielding Spanish Outreach e-mail questions. The Spanish translation group working on the english to Spanish translations have submitted three chapters of the remaining g160 pages left. Then these are reviewed by the North American Spanish Translation group that makes sure the translation is universal.
ACA Is... - Still in search for an Arabic translation.
The Finns are discussing buying our lot of about 100 Finnish books while they ponder there next bulk order. The bulk order will not be up in the queue until July at the earliest. It has been suggested that the 100 or so books could hold them over until the order can be placed, processed and delivered.
The various value enhancing/cost saving ideas are being discussed by the Board including bundling are most popular titles and/or requiring a minimum shipment size, etc.
We are have not heard back from the Australian group about their desire to participate in the seeding project.
