Live Transcriptions/Closed Captioning
All paid Zoom accounts now include live, artificial intelligence-powered transcription (closed captioning) for the English language. This feature must be enabled at the account-level through the zoom website (not the desktop application). Once it is enabled at the account level, the host for each individual meeting must enable it for that particular meeting. Here is a link from the Zoom help page.
