The WSO Board holds an open Board Meeting with the Fellowship(TC), via video conference, each quarter. All ACA members are invited to attend these meetings.

These meetings are held quarterly on the second Saturday of the month from 2:00 – 4:00 PM ET.

The WSO Secretary provides the agendas for the Board Meetings with the Fellowship and generates the meeting minutes for subsequent review and approval by the WSO Board.
